Mark your calendars for 7 December 2024 because Richmond Hill Brewing Company (RHBC) is turning up the fun with its much-anticipated annual Booze Run! This unique 6km adventure combines the thrill of a scenic trail with RHBC’s signature charm, making it a must-attend event for fun-lovers, beer enthusiasts, and adventurers alike.
The Route and the Fun
The Booze Run kicks off at RHBC and takes participants on a scenic journey through the breathtaking Settlers Park. The route crosses the picturesque Baakens River at multiple points, ensuring participants are surrounded by nature’s finest. Whether you’re jogging, walking, or simply strutting your stuff, you’ll encounter eight fabulous Booze Points along the way, each offering a variety of liquid refreshments to keep the spirits high.
To add to the fun at Booze Point 7 you can expect a car boot and at Booze Point 8 there is an inflatable slide for an extra splash of excitement.
Over the past few years participants have run in ever more creative outfits and this year will be no exception. The theme for 2024 is Feak Show. Participants are encouraged to don their freakiest outfits! And yes, your four-legged friends are welcome to join the fun!
Registration starts 9:30 at RHBC and the runners are off at 11:00 AM. Don’t miss the celebratory prize ceremony at 1:45 PM.
