“Nose: Huge and rich grain, cornbread and roasted sweetcorn from a wood fire, smoked air-dried ham- that mix of sweet and smoky. Almost a sticky BBQ sauce element.
Palate: Again huge, mouth-coating sticky sweetness, pancakes with crunchy bacon and maple syrup. Birch Sap. Fruits emerge with pineapples and nectarines in charge.
Finish: Keeps on going. Slowly drying with coffee grounds and steamed milk too.
