Capital Craft are celebrating a decade of the Capital Craft Beer Festival on 17 June 2023 from 10.00 to 19.00, at the Pretoria National Botanical Gardens.
For the past ten years Capital Craft Beer Festival has been one of Pretoria’s most spectacular, unforgettable and well executed social events.
It is a celebration of the local beer industry, enhanced by the flavour of good food, good times and good friends.
The festival will feature South Africa’s favourite craft brewers, great entertainment and great food.
There will be an abundance of entertainment for all musical tastes, including Folk, Rock, Blues, Jazz, Afro Soul, Romantic, Reggae, Marimba, and brass.
An interesting variety of delicious food will be on offer at various stalls. These include, Thai, Mexican, Greek, Pizza, Burgers, BBQ, seafood, kebabs, waffles, donuts, ice cream and more.
Park and Ride facilities will be available and free buses will be running from Hatfield Gautrain Station all day from 9.30. Disabled parking facilities will be available at the main entrance.
Children’s Entertainment
As there will be alcohol on sale, no children between the ages of 13 and 17 will be allowed into the festival area but for parents with children between the ages of 2 and 12, they will be ableto attend the Clamber Club where they will be entertained in a fun, safe and active play area.
Tickets for the Clamber Club will cost R155 excluding lunch or R175 including lunch.
Their fully trained, fun filled entertainers will keep your children happily entertained using bright and colourful equipment. There will be various fun, age-appropriate games and activities throughout the day, including an obstacle course and soft play equipment.
Their mascot, Jog the Frog, will also make an appearance twice a day to boogy woogy with the kids.
